This premium tea is known to be one of the best black teas in the world. The orange part in pekoe has no bearing on flavour, but probably dates back to the Dutch Royal family House of Orange in the 1600s.

Preparation: One teaspoon per person, let it brew in freshly boiled water for 2-3 mins (longer is stronger). Enjoyed hot and black or served with milk.
